Celonis has an integrated ETL pipeline, standing for Extract, Transform and Load. If your dataset is not yet in the format that Celonis would like to have, you can use Transformations to adjust your tables (and create activity tables) before Loading them in data models.

Transformations are done using Data Jobs in the Data Integration section, see Transformations (celonis.com) and Add an Activity to the Activity Table | Celonis Academy.

There is not one single query that creates a activity table, it depends on your source data. If you want to learn how to do this, I would suggest to follow the track 'Transform Data' (link: https://academy.celonis.com/courses/transform)
