I see, thanks for clarifying. I think this can be best explained by providing an example.

Let's say you are from procurement, and you want to improve your sourcing / contract management process.

You can use Coupa to:

• Create sourcing events and contracts
• Collaborate with suppliers
• How much you are spending against your contracts.

Coupa is not really enough however how efficient your sourcing / contract management process is, or how you could improve it.

Therefore, you can use Celonis to:

• See which suppliers are not complying to your contract terms.
• Identify which suppliers are causing your process to deviate from the happy path.

You can also automate your process in Celonis to Coupa:

• Automatically send reminders and escalations if something goes wrong in your process
• Updating or adding approvers to requisitions in your Coupa account.
• Creating and submitting expense reports based on your travel and credit card data.
• Tracking and optimizing your inventory levels and usage.
• Consolidating and automating your payments across currencies and accounts.
