As the C4C+ model is about to expire, we are gonna use 1 of our credits to keep our project running. However I can't find any documentation about that.
In other words, I need to activate 1 credit for a project that is running right now.

Also, a c4c, even if you "spend" the credit, has a maximum months until expire.

Regarding moving stuff from C4C to sandbox, content-cli will help you, but still to move the actual data (the tables) you will need python scritps and pycelonis.
