We are using the "User locking policy" to clean up not required accounts in our environment, so that those users, which did not use Celonis in a specific amount of time are locked.
The issue is now with the unlocking of the users:
When a user asks to be unlocked again, the user must login again at the same day again, and if not, the user is locked again at the next day. This happens quite frequently and the user needs to ask again to be unlocked.
Is it possible to change this workflow to e.g.
- lock the user again after a defined number of days? Or
- sent the user an unlocking mail, which is valid for a week, where the user can unlock again?
How are others using the "User locking policy" and what is your usual workflow on how to handle this issue?
