In Celonis 4.6 (On Premise) I was able to set the seperators for thousand and decimals in my profile. I can't find those settings in the EMS. Can those still be set globally?

Unfortunately on current EMS this cannot be configured independently. Now it is linked to the language selected in the user profile:
