When is Watch Trigger updated?

Hello,

 

I have setup ActionFlow that is using the Watch Trigger module connected to KM Trigger. I would like to know when will the AF triggered. Is is connected to underlaying data model reload - so it will be trigger every time the DM reloads new data or it can be even more often?
