When I try to do one of the views training, "use the visual editor", the system won't proceed successfully, and I can't continue the training. How could I fix this?

Please check whether KM is connected to the Views. Without DATA System may freeze as it has nothing to populate.

Are you using EMS first time and do you have any experience in creating EMS App ?
