We are trying to connect Celonis with Microsoft Dynamics 365 on the client side. Is there anyone who can help with this? The online documentation is not very useful as it talks about Action Flows only which comes at a much later stage.

I understand this is a cloud system you are connecting and not an on-prem datasource.

Before connecting to MD365 - Please make sure , Celonis IBC and Microsoft Dynamics 365 can handshake , I Microsoft Dynamics IPs are whitelisted or available to connect by Celonis.

Please let me know what issue in connection you are facing.

Yes. MSD365 is a cloud system. We already white listed the IPs for the relevant instance. Any idea where the white listing is done on the Azure end?

You may contact DBAs/Admin for IP Whitelisting on Azure, I don't now how to whitelist on Azure.

Coming to connection stand point ( From my previous Experience of Connecting to Oracle Cloud )

Please use the url and login UID/ PWd to create the connection.

Alternatively , Please raise a Ticket in Celopeers to get help from service desk / Product Team.
