Updating shared bookmarks

A. How can we edit/update a bookmark that was created & shared by a colleague, this person is out on long leave. One option I can think of:

  • I save a copy of the bookmark, make the updates and re-share. But we will now have 2 versions of the bookmark. Can Celonis team help in any way?

 

B. If we temporarily deactivate this person's account, will the shared bookmarks be lost or will they remain?

    Hi,

     

    I just realized that within Studio - Analyses I am now able to delete Bookmarks shared with me (Trash Icon on the right side of the Shared Bookmark). When I click on the icon I get the notification

     

    "Are you sure you want to delete this Bookmark? It will be deleted for every user, including the owner."

    And can select "Delete" to fully delete it on Analysis level for all the users.

     

    Please check if you are also able to delete bookmarks that are shared with you.

    If this is the case I would do it the following way: Load the original bookmark, edit/update it according your needs and share it for the users. Delete the old Bookmark to avoid having 2 versions.

    Hi Dennis,

     

    It seems like you have the option to update/delete shared bookmarks - which is exactly what I am looking for. However, I don't see any buttons beside shared bookmarks in Studio.
