Hello fellow Celonis users,
I am trying to create a snooze function for my clients so that certain data will not be taken into account for analysis for the snooze set amount of time. I was wondering if it was possible to set a timer on an Action flow so that could be made possible or if you would suggest taking a different route?

To clarfiy, do you want this snooze to be able to be activated at any time by the user for any given amount of time, or on a schedule?
It needs to be both, be able to activate by the user at any time and on a schedule.
The current solution i have i that we use an augmented attribute and update it with the time and than have a filter on the action table so that you can either see it or not. However if you have an idea that would be more efficient it would be greatly appreciated.
Hmmm… I don’t think I’m fully understanding the use here. Is the purpose for the user to not be able to see data that has come in very recently?
