This is referring to retrieving a specific instance for a specific client that has been decommissioned.

According to internal Accenture resource, once the engagement is completed, all the instance is decommissioned due to its policy. But we would like to retrieve deleted instances in the following link.  Is this possible? If so, what is the process?
