Hi All,

I’ve following error message when trying to reload the OCPM data model:

 

The Data Model Load experienced an issue with the Data Pipeline Orchestrator. Celonis Support ID: 22950f46-9f10-46af-96de-887c2e2d81a5

 

Does anyone know what could be the issue here?

Hi, Sunil. This generally happens when calendar settings are activated. I would suggest you to reload the data model after deactivating the calendar settings.

Thanks Ayushi, Tried after disabling calendar on the data model but getting the same error but when duplicated this perspective and reloaded copied data model, it’s reloading successfully and original data model still failing with same error.
