I am setting up Task Mining and want to see what is being saved prior to uploading. It is currently being saved as a parquet file but I cannot install a parquet viewer on the machine due to security restrictions. Is it possible to save the files as a different file type that I can view in plain text?

Hi James,
please be informed that the files can only be stored in parquet format.
There are open-source tools available on the web to open and view parquet files which you can use, e.g., https://github.com/mukunku/ParquetViewer
Please note that the locally stored files are encrypted by default and deleted after upload.
To avoid this, you can disable the cloud upload in the Task Mining Configuration Editor.
Thank you and Best,
Lejla
