Hi,

I have a table of 5 columns. Eg: Ticket_No, Description, Priority, Closed_Date, Owner.

The 'owner' column has different email addresses. The requirement is to send the first 4 columns 'Ticket_No, Description, Priority, Closed_Date' in a CSV file to whatever email address available in the 'Owner' field.

 

Can it be done via Action FLow - If yes, please let me know what are the steps/modules? If it is possible via ML code ? If yes, what are the steps. Your help would be appreciated.

I had a similiar subject before and I have edited the csv module like this:

imageThe data rows will be grouped per mail address (the field key will be created). Then in the email distribution module (here: Microsoft Outlook) you can set it like this:
