I have two questions;
-I created variable into the KM but I cannot see them in the View Asset to be used
-I have Input dropdown in the View asset and I want to assign user selection into KM Variable; is it possible?

KM variables cannot be accessed in Views and vice versa
The option you are looking for is Parameters
