Process Explorer seems to be taking forever...pink dots.

Just installed CPM 4.7.1 ( new install) not upgrade from 4.6.x in our Dev/QA box. We imported a transport of one of the analysis from PROD and brought it into the QA.

Everything is working fine- OLAPs, Charts etc..., except Process Explorer and Variant Explorer seems to be taking forever...pink dots.  Do we need to configure some settings.

you could take a look into the memory assigned to the Celonis Java executable, for us memory is usually the issue. CPU less so.

hi thanks, the problem was pertaining to a broken graphviz path. It was solved once we updated the graphviz path.
