Limited data from client. Header level information/meta data not available. So in case there are 2 activities performed for a single case, the case keys are getting unique but in practical terms, it is duplication.

Primary keys has duplicates owing to the set of data received. However, the composite key is still unique. How can we resolve this issue?

In general, it is ideal to eliminate duplicates in a transformation script that creates activity tables.
