My clients have recently requested i download the list of Violations arising from conformance analysis into a spreadsheet so they could provide input as to the priority of each item. Is there a way to do this

Maybe you can use the operation CONFORMANCE

https://docs.celonis.com/en/conformance.html

in a OLAP then you can download the OLAP as EXCEL

Or in AF use CONFORMANCE in a Query to celonis, then convert to excel and send it by mail

Hi Anna,

no the solution didnt work for me. I raised a case and the response i got back is as follows:

"I hope you are well. There is only the option to export Conformance is the BPMN format. 

Violation and conformance support previewing cases within different component options. See example screenshot. Additionally, you might save a bookmark to the top 5 and share it as a URL."

I ended up copy and pasting the violations manually from the screen into excel and then formating. My end users then marked the ones that i could add to whitelist.

As an interim measure this is fine, but hopefully in the future there will be a better method of exporting the results
