May i know how to divide the one big analysis file into two and establish the link between these two files to make it as interactive for better performance?

It depends on what link you want to establish. What you can do, is moving formulas, variables, filters etc. from your analysis to the knowledge model. By doing this and linking your analyses to this knowledge model (instead of a data model) will help you to align.
