VMD = Vendor Master Data.
In case the Payment Terms within the Vendor Master data (LFB1.ZTERM) is better than the Payment Terms currently used in an vendor invoice.
e.g:
Invoice = 30 days
PO = 30 days
Vendor = 60 days
