Issues with Asset Libray

Hello, I have been facing some issues accessing the Asset Library. I fill in with my credentials but messages like this appear: "You do not have access to the Apex class named 'qsydFileExplorerController'." Can anyone tell me why and how to solve it?

Hi @chiara.vozze,

 

Same issue here. The link to the Asset Library is also not visible to me in the header of the Partner Portal, so it seems that something has been restructured in a bad way.

docs.celonis.com is also not working as before. If this is the new documentation page then it is 10x worse

well, the documentation problem is fixed. i don't know if anyone else had the same problem tho

I had the same problem indeed, and it's working again for me too.

Hi @janpeter.van.d @chiara.vozze . The menu issues on the partner portal and the Asset Library error have been resolved.

I'm experiencing similar issues in Celonis Academy, I cannot log or restore my password.

Hi @andré.tafur Celopeers and Academy users are the same. Can you try clicking on Resources>Academy under the Celopeers top menu, please?

Thanks for your help, previously I opened a service ticket and the issue was fixed.
