Is there a way to extract the data from OLAP table which includes color formatting into Excel?

As far as I am aware there is not a way to do this. You can only download the raw data to an XLSX or CSV file.

You could however, create a new field in your OLAP table that writes out the colors in text format based on your ruleset, and then format accordingly once in Excel.
