Is it possible to restrict users' access to dashboards by company code?

Hi,

 

We are a shared services company and we would like to provide differentiated access to users depending on client/company code.

For example:

User A Access: Company codes 1000 & 1001

User B Access: Only company code 1010

 

Is it possible?

    Yes, it is possible by using the Data Permissions. There is a step by step documentation in the Help Resources

    Exactly. If you create the restrictions on the Data Pool, it will reflect when user opens the Dashboard (i.e. User A Access: Company codes 1000 & 1001

    User B Access: Only company code 1010)
