this is currently not possible.

Any kind of data extraction from Celonis via Actions Flows is quite limited in my opinion.

I also would like to have an easy way of extracting data from analyses, views directly into a .xlsx file without the need to make use of query data or get rows and push it to csv module.

Something similar as create pdf report for analyses also for other file extensions.

Hope Celonis will add some more features into the Celonis Action Flow Module in future.
