Hello,
In theory - yes - buttons can activate action flow with via API would modify the values, however that would be highly unadvised.

@Mateusz Dudek Thanks for the answer
But just for clarification
is it possible for different accounts groups have different level of credentials and accessibility to widgets?
checking backlog development for credentials on widget level enhancements?
Depends what do you mean by accounts groups.
In Celonis you've got default account group split which is Admins, Business Analysts, Viewers. I would say you can split accessibility to specific widgets only on viewer level really - if you can modify widget which will contain filter limiting your access to seeing f.e. values, that's not really a restriction, right? The most common use-case for that is to limit f.e. EU or USA entities based on User location/category/group that can be assigned and retrived. The outcome is that EU user can only see EU data, USA user can see only USA data and General Executive can see data from all regions in the same widgets/views/dashboards.
Not sure what you mean by "backlog development for credentials on widget level enhancements". If by that you mean that single user can login with different password to have different level of access to widget, I would say that's impossible. You can't have different Celonis "Subaccounts" linked to the same email, if it's different emails = that's already separate account, even if that account is created for the same person.
You also cannot retrive password by any means: that would be considered as critical security flaw, maybe you can think something based on SSO users that would also sent API request to change user access during login.
