Is it possible to customize the mails sent from Action engine?
eg: Along with the number of signals(like 23 new signals) I would also like to view the list of the (23)names which has caused the signals, in the mail itself being sent?

Hi @reenu.josep12,

This is possible, but you need to route your alerts through an Action Flow. Please check this Action Flow Template go get an idea: Send Email by Celonis.

Kind regards,

Jan-peter

Hello @janpeter.van.d ,

Thanks for the quick reply, your suggested answer works perfectly for the scenario. Is there also a way to connect the Action engine to Action Flow, so that it triggers only for the Signals generated.

Hi @reenu.josep12,

That should be possible, but now you come to a complex, no so very well integrated area of Celonis ;)

In Studio, you can create a skill, that creates a trigger in the same way it is done for the Action Center. The signal created in the skill can be connected to the Action Flow, see screenshot below. The downside of this is that you have the Action Center Sensor an the Studio Skill Sensor separated, which is not very convenient to maintain. To be honest, I'm not sure how to connect both these sensors, to create one signal that is routed to the Action Center and Action Flow.
