Our use case requires analysis on inventory stock levels, and the unit of measurement for inventory is cases so we would like to reduce the amount of confusion that could arise from this.

Hi Cameron ,

My understanding of your issue is :

UOM is Cases , you apprehend this will be confused with _case_key in Celonis/Process Mining?

Not sure why this will be a point of confusion for you as these two are entirely different concepts.

However , as a quick fix , If , all your inventory items are measured by Cases UOM , you can consider "Carton" or "Box:" in case of cases and the same can be changed during extraction.

Not sure if this suggestion is helpful to you! Or, can you please elaborate the issue please.

Regards

Ayan
