Is it possible that order dates are inserted as null values?

Question

In an On-Prem Celonis implementation, there are some order dates with null values while dealing with P2P analysis.

What may have caused the issue?

Shall we need to make sure that for all orders "VBAK"."ERDAT" or "SAP_CHANGE_DATE" is not NULL before loading the data into Celonis?

or

Shall we need to upgrade the existing extractor?

Hi Mahdi,Thank you for reaching out.Could you please check if the orders in question actually have a NULL date in SAP? If so a different extraction filter can be used so that they're not skipped past. But if Celonis is taking an order with a populated date and converting it to NULL, to investigate the case, could you please send an email to servicedesk@celonis.com with the following information:- Full Team URL of the extraction execution?- Any screenshots of the issue?Best regards,Tringa
