Is it possible, that I have a C4C+ project, which is only available over an VPN? And if yes, how can I set up this connection? Are there any technical specifications?

We had this situation also before, but it not possible. A VPN is more a hardware related connection, which would imply that you environment should run on a server dedicated to you. This is not the case, since Celonis uses shared services in their back end. Therefore, application layer security methods such as SSL and 2FA are the only possibility to protect your environment.
