Is Celonis EMS supported on any Redhat Open Shift installation?

Not sure if you are talking about the instance installation or extractor server.

In case of instance installation Celonis EMS is a cloud version you can look into Celonis On Prem

In case of extractor server I have seen only Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7, however you can raise a ticket with Celonis support for further information
