Initially I had four attempts to complete the Rising star technical assessment. I failed in the first two attempts of the first section. Now it shows 0 attempts remaining.I have competed all other sections.Please guide me how to restore those at

Sir , I got a reply that Celonis team created a case reference and will get back as soon as possible. But I didn’t receive any other mail.

Today I have to complete the assessment and submit the badge.
