Is there any way to get the sum of the Throughput time other than what is there.
For example want to group by with some activities, the throughput only available for the avg, median and mean. If we can get the sum of the same.

In the Process Explorer, throughput time other than (Median, Avg, and Trimmed mean) can we get the sum of the time in that group

You can add custom KPI logic by clicking on Process explorer KPIs in edit mode.
On top left side there is a hamburger icon click on that and you will find the above list and select process explorer KPIs, you will get following screen
Now you can set the custom KPI logic.

yes,.As Analyst, click on Edit (top right) and then click on the button on the process explorer. You will be able to "Add Custom KPI View". From there, create a formula that sums the total throughput time
