Due to the documentation it seems that desktop agent for Process Mining is meant only for Windows - It's visible in the help movie located in:

<your-celonis-link>/help/download/attachments/41196442/quickstart.mp4

and

<your-celonis-link>/help/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=41196442

Maybe it would be good idea to make feature request? For linux (almost) everything probably could be mined from log files, and usually it would make no sense :p
