I was doing the certification exam - During the 13th question I got the small error pop-up at the top saying ' celonis.Academy says The page has error Please reload the page' and since i could not go forward with the questions, I reloaded the page

and then it started from the begining and this time also during the 17th question I got the same error. The I reloaded the page and it says ' 0 remaining attempt'....So, basically during the 13 & 17th questions the page didnot move and asked me to reload and once i did that, both the attempts are gone. Please suggest me what should do I to do the certification. I don't want to pay one more time.
