I want to copy a knowledge model from one package to another. When I use the 'copy to' function the records etc in the knowledge model do not copy. I only get a blank Knowledge model in the new location. Is there a way to do this correctly?

Can we know how the problem got resolved. Because, i faced the same issue some time back in Celonis. I would be interested to know the solution.

The problem was resolved when I linked the knowledge model to the appropriate data model. There is a drop down option on the top right corner of the knowledge model (below the blue publish package button) in the studio. I hope this helps.
