are you already a Celonis customer?

If so you typically get some direct contact persons like a Sales contact person and a Customer Value Architect.

If not I am not sure how to find the right person and I am not even sure whether Celonis still sells PAFNow licenses.

I have seen that someone else also had the question a year ago but there was not specific answer on that topic:
