What error are you getting? When you upload the Excel file, did you try to change the data type and format using the Celonis UI?
Maybe, you can try to export the Excel file as csv.

I encountered a similar issue before, but I discovered that when assigning the activity configuration, the focus is on the eventtime field, which is displaying the wrong data type. However, when you initially open an activity configuration, it is searching for CASE_ID, and as EVENTTIME is in date format, it appears as the incorrect data type.
Therefore, please select the Aase ID and Activity name, and then check for Event time. I hope this resolves your concern.
