I am trying to configure a comment component in the new views. I followed all the steps in the documentation but it is still not working. Is there additional documentation or other steps to configure the component that is not in the documentation?

Could you please clarify where exactly the issue occurs? Are you seeing the error message: "Failed to load comments"?

In most cases, this could be related to the identifier you're using. Are you using a variable for that?

That is the big problem, it does not give a error, I am just not able to post a comment. the button is grayed out.
