I am trying to configure a comment component in the new views. I followed all the steps in the documentation but it is still not working. Is there additional documentation or other steps to configure the component that is not in the documentation?

I am trying to create the comment table but it's not showing anywhere. I want to use that comment section in my OLAP table to provide access to user to comment on any of the cases please help.

Hi,

 

Can you provide any screenshot? It's hard to tell what's wrong with just 'not working'.

Also, are you trying to create it in a analysis, old views (also called legacy views) or a new views?

Usual steps are:

A) Create Augmented Attribute, connect to record in KM

B) Create Table, add column from that record/table - you should see a new field with additional icon.

It should have the same name as augmented attribute.

C) Change option 'Inline editing' for that column to allow to edit it

 

Depending on selected setting while creating augmented attribute you should be able to write any note there, or use one of the preselected values
