Hi Guillermo, I am looking for "why Process Mining Solution (Celonis) and why not some other BI tool". I am curious how to quantitatively evaluate through a checklist or a questionnaire.

* Expectation management around Process Mining outcome

* How to (or How-not-to) use Celonis

* Operational vs Strategic use of the tool, etc.

Please note - our colleagues understand what is process mining and what is Celonis. Hence the need to objectively manage the expectation with an aware group of users.
