How to collect badge

Hello Thanushree, after completing a course on Celonis Academy, you receive an email to accept the corresponding badge. Then Celonis sends you another email via Credly containing your badge. If you can't see any email regarding the badge, then I would suggest you to double check your course progress on Academy and confirm whether it has been fully completed.
