Hi Maurits,
you could try downloading the table with filled augmented attributes and their respective key (eg. Sales order + item) and delete all comments in the downloaded excel/csv file.
The you can create an Action Flow, upload the excel/csv and update the Augmented attributes with the file.
Best wishes

Hey Kalina, could you provide some more information on what you mean? I'm not able to find a download button for the table of the augmented attribute and also I think I wouldn't be able to reupload it since it is an autogenerated table within the knowledge model. Any tips would be welcome
Update on this topic:
There is no current feature or option to remove or empty the augmented attributes table.
Workarounds include:
- Removing the original case id's in your case/event tables
- Loading up a new data model and recreating the augmented attribute table
Celonis has indicated that they have this feature planned on their roadmap.
Hi @1460069522 ,
Did you hear back from Celonis, in the meantime, to know if this feature is already available?
Hey Cátia,
Unfortunatly no respons. The only option I found was recreate the table from scratch after all testing was finished.

Hi @kalina.todor
Can you give more details on how we can upload excel/csv files to update the Augmented attributes? I’m working on something similar to this and your inputs will help.
Thanks in advance
Hi there!
We contacted Celonis on this and they gave us a solution using an Action Flow, which seems to be working fine - we already deleted Augmented Features in a View, 2 times.
Modules to Use:
- Celonis - Get Rows
- Celonis - Update Augmented Attribute
- Leave the "Value" field empty
Hope this is helpful.
Hi all, sorry for this late elabotation,
as @cátia.marqu explained, now it is not necessary anymore to export the file with augmented attributes to excel.
You can just use the two modules (Get rows and Celonis Update Attribute) and leave the augmented attribute's value emty.
The same logic would have been with the excel file. The Get Rows module replaces the excel. Otherwise the Excel file could be uploaded to OneDrive and used in the ActionFlow with the Microsoft 365 Excel Module.
In the meantime there's also a third available option for quickly editting multiple Augmented Attributes. You can activate the bulk update in the table of an App(i.e View). Then you can select multipe rows from the table, and edit the values of the augmented attributes all at once. If you leave the value blank, the existing augemented attributes will be deleted.
Best wishes
