You can do this in your team settings if you are an admin:

1. Once logged in, go to the upper-right corner and press your photo or initials
2. Select 'Team Settings'
3. In the first screen that you see called 'Settings', you can select a logo.

I have followed the steps given by you. But the top menu logo did not change. My requirement is to change the logo inside small rectangular box PFA the screenshot for your reference.

Am I doing anything wrong here? Pls suggest.

As far as I know, that logo will remain the same and cannot be changed.
