How to add Data labels under each bar?

I understand that you would like to display all of the date labels of the x-axis under each bar as some of the dates (e.g., Aug 8) are not displayed in the image you provided.

If the above understanding is correct, you can display all of the date labels by specifying [Nominal] for the [Scale Type] of the x-axis. (See the image below)

If your question is about positioning the data labels under each bar, the feature to place the data labels at the bottom is not currently implemented in the product. The data labels are always displayed at the top of each bar.
