How many cases are covered by the five most common variants

That really depends on the use case that you are analyzing. To visualize how many are covered, just open your variant explorer, select the 5 most common variants by simply adding variants (they will pop out in order of "importance") and the number of cases covered will show up in the top left of the explorer.
