I use free version and I crossed APC limit and then I deleted everything it's been already 4 days the APC consumption is not updated, the last APC consumption is updated days ago . How much I have to wait or is there any way that I can reset it manually ?

Hope you have deleted the tables from data pool to free up the APC space . if issue is still persisting Please reach out to the Celonis Services Desk(Celonis Support <servicedesk@celonis.com>), they will resolve the APC consumption issue from backend.
Typically every 24 hours the APC updates
