How do you compare Process Mining Software and which criteria is useful?

Hello Guys,

 

I'm currently writing a seminar paper about the Process Mining software from Celonis. The task is to first define criteria that can be used to evaluate process mining tools. The PM software from Celonis is then to be evaluated using the criteria shown.

 

Can you help me with that? Which criteria should I choose?
