HII Everyone! If I may ask a question,

When creating an Action Flow and using the Celonis (query data) module how can we refer to a KPI or an attribute created in our Knowledge model in the module variable (to be a column for this module) ?

Hi @joao.santo14,

Instead of the Query Data module, try to use the Celonis Get Rows module, it allows you to easily invoke a knowledge model.

You can find the documentation here. Get Rows (celonis.com)

It also states in the Celonis Query Data documentation that: "The Get Rows module is a newer version of this functionality and we recommend using that module instead of Query Data."

Please let us know if you encounter any further issues :)

Kind regards,

Sverre Klein

Hii @sverre.klein11  thank you so much for the help! I will take a further look on it, but it seems to be exactly what I was looking for!

Good to hear @joao.santo14! Please keep me updated 😁

@sverre.klein11 Sorry to bother you again, but With the Celonis query data we had all the files in one table. Using the Get rows it sends an email per row. We tried to use the Tools table aggregator but it does not work, it keeps on sending an email per row. Can you help us?

Hi @joao.santo14,

Sorry for the late response. Could you share your configuration of the Table aggregator?

In the meantime try to configure you table aggregator in the following:

  1. Aggregated fields: Choose the fields from the get rows module you have configured.
  2. Column separator: Define a separator to distinguish between columns (e.g. commas, tabs, or semicolons).
  3. Row separator: Likewise, choose a suitable separator to mark the end of a row (e.g. newline characters).

Here is the documentation of the table aggregator, maybe that will also help in some way. https://docs.celonis.com/en/tools.html#UUID-393a02cc-c57d-7f2f-8d63-c9f585e654c9_UUID-2458f60d-81bf-6fa4-a688-46365aa67d65

Hii @sverre.klein11

This is the Action Flow:

This is the Table Aggregator:

I don't know if it is the position of the aggregator or if I'm doing some mistake on the configuration.

Thank you so much for the help!

Thanks @joao.santo14,

For a better understanding, could you explain what you are trying to achieve in your logic? Why can't we send an email per row? What should be in the email for instance? The more info the better so we as a community can help you 😁

@sverre.klein11, Of course.

What we want is to filter a table by two plants, one table just with the information of one plant and send it to a manager and the information of another plant to another. So, we want all the rows regarding that plant to be sent to one manager and not a mail per row. I don't know if I explained well enough.

Please let me know if you still have any doubt.

Thank you a lot!

@sverre.klein11 , sorry to bother you again, but do you have any updates for me on this topic?

I tried positioning the aggregator in different parts of the process, but I still don't get the right result.

Thank you for all the help and attention.

Hi @joao.santo14,

Sorry for the late response, I was sick the last few days 😷.

Sadly to this point I also don't have enough know-how of the logic in the flow. I would advise creating a support ticket https://www.celopeers.com/s/flow/NewCaseCreationFlow.

A Celonis Employee can then help you in a call with more detail on how to solve your issue.

Apologies I couldn't be of any more help.

Kind regards,

Sverre Klein
