Hide Action button for selection of 2 or more rows

Hi all,

I’ve created a view that includes (among other components) a table.
This table has an Action button that triggers an Action flow.

Now, I’d like to hide the button when the user selects more than one row in the table.
However, I haven’t found a filter that meets this requirement.
