Check if you have permissions on the "Data Pool" level if you may Manage the data pool. This solved a similar problem I had as well.

I already provided permissions in datapool,machine learning, studio etc.

But still getting PycelonisPermissionError.

If you are sure that the User or API key you are using has the right permissions, it could be that your environment doesn't allow you to push data via the API. This is even more likely since you are running a C4C environment, where this could be the case.

Can you show me where I can see rights for the environments?.

For Discovery projects in the old C4C program, data upload was not allowed, only file upload.

Since this is a setting in the back-end, I would create a support ticket to check this.
